About Me

For 25+ years, I worked in wealth and investment management supporting a broad array of individuals, charitable organizations, and family enterprises - including my own.

I understand the emotional struggles, deep-seated pain, and relationship conflicts caused by money and family dynamics. I saw them professionally and experienced them personally. I get it.

Knowing I was unequipped to manage it all on my own, I learned to navigate and resolve the turmoil through therapy.

During the process, I gained a deeper appreciation for self-awareness, empathy, and the power of the therapeutic connection. They helped me find relief, embrace change, repair relationships, and forge a new purpose. 

Feeling compelled to turn my experiences into a new path forward in service to others, I returned to school, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. I also became certified in Financial Therapy.

I now regularly work with clients to develop the knowledge, insight, and coping skills necessary to manage hardships, resolve conflicts, and empower change from within. It is truly purposeful work - to help others as I was helped.

My professional time is divided between private practice and community mental health.
